Piles or Irritable Bowel Syndrome

I was a patient of Piles (Dry) not bleeding ones. I got it treated by allopathic medicines and piles did not cause me problem for long time. However, I do have problem of tight stool, constipation and frequency of passing stool is more.

I may be suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome because of the following reasons:
a) constipation
b) frequency of going for stool is more 3-5 times a day.
c) sometimes mucous comes in stool
d) shape of stool is irregular
e) I feel urge to pass stool
f) however sometimes stool is tight and sometimes not.

Which is a good medicine which can help in both piles/IBS. Please advise dosage also.
