Sore Throat

I have pain in my throat for last 30 days. Went to allopathic doctor, he prescribed me antibiotic, achipex(for acid reflux) and ant- allergic.
The medicines didn't help.

Symptons
Pain in throat (right side)
No difficulty in swallowing
No horseness in voice
Feel comfortabe after having cold food (curd/water)
Feel heavy after dinner
Often feel like a lump of cough in my throat
Often food comes back in my mouth after 20 mins of meal

Please help

please take three doses of phosphorous 30c at a gap of 4 hours on a single day. Please note that the doses are not to be taken daily but only for one day. Please observe the change in symptoms and report after 10 days.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
