The ABC Homeopathy Forum

I need help. I am losing all my hiar and my mind.

My hair was perfect in 2005 and all my life until I took synthroid .75 for a thyroid problem i had for 20+ yrs. I was 41. 4 weeks into it my heart palped, i was anxious, a mess and most notably my hair changed. thick and silky, it started to get dry and fall out. 6 weeks later a LOT fell out. it remained for the next 4 yrs til now. I discovered theat doc blew out my adrenal system and I took a saliva test and had low cortisol. I took it in oct 07 and I am still on it. it helped me to raise armour but after raising to 150mg of armour i got heart palps. went to a homrone doc and he gave me estradiol and blew out my system again! my hair loss which was bad became HORRIFIC since APRIL 09 and has not stopped falling since. My hormones - thyroid - adrenals are shot. my hair is leaving my hair. it is too dry, breaks with a stiff wind, and 30 hairs can fall out if I do a pull test. I look bad and feel depressed. I have to see another doc on Monday - I know I need HDEA TESTOS and PROGEST - all low but I am afraid after what happened to me on the estradiol. My thyroid needs to be brought up too but has anyone here lost 70% of their hair and grown it back? I am very depressed. My life feel sover now and I am 45. I used to look great for my age - now I look & feel old and sad without my hair. I also gained 30 lbs on the steroid.
