Secretion Problem - Please Help

Secretion of hidden and dry prostatic fluid, which pollute the whole cloth. Nothing is visible by eye, but make fetid the entire wearing cloth.

We know, generally prostatic fluid is gleety and watery. But if any dry thing exuded, will the same medications be applicable which is used in case of watery fluid?
