Eosinophilic Granuloma Complex Remedy?

Hello, I am seeking help for my 8 yr. old male cat. He has been diagnosed with Eosinophilic Granuloma Complex by a traditional vet.No homeopathic vets in my area. He chews and scratches himself frequently and is very annoyed.This is not his usual demeanor.Please help.

Please give him three doses of arsenic alb 30c at a gap of 4 hours on a single day. Please note that the doses are to be given only on one day and not daily.
Please don't give him anything to eat/drink within 15 minutes before or after giving the medicine.
Please report after 7 days.
