Hi

-Stop your correc medication once you gett the medicine suggested.

-Give a gap of one day between stopping your medicine and taking the homeopathic remedy suggested. On the day of the gap, drink as much water and try to take some exercise as well.

-Find the remedy in dilution.
Dissolve 2-4 drops of the remedy in 250 ml of spring water. One teaspoon from the solution constitutes one dose. Give a gap of 4 hours between each dose. Yes, it infact is 3 times a day 4 hours apart.

-Sepia 30 is not indicated here.

If you still have some doubts, please ask.

Best wishes
