Non-obstructive Azoospermia

Dear Sir,

Please find below details of reports:


Name: Ravi
Age: 29 years
Married Since: 1Year 7 Months


Semen Analysis Report
Sperm Count : 0
Motility : 0
Result : Azoospermia


Hormonal Blood Test Reports:
FSH : 2.4 mIU/ml
LH : 2.0 mIU/ml
Prolactin : 3.2 ng/ml
TSH : 3.2 uIU/ml
Testosterone : 4.4 ng/ml


Scrotal Doppler Report: Grade 1 Bilateral Varicocele more prominent on left side. Both Testes are Normal. Both Epididymis are normal.


Histopathalogy Report:

Specimen: Bilateral testicular biopsy

Microscopic Description:
Both the biopsies are adequete and show a similar histology. The seminiferous tubules are normal in size bit hypocellular spermatogonia and spermatocytes are identified within the lumina. spermatids and spermatozoa are not seen. The cells of Leydig and the blood vessels appear normal. There is no inflammation.

Diagnosis/Comments:
Spermatocytic arrest, bilateral testicular biopsy

Trans-rectal imaging report:
Prostate gland small in size.

Please do the needful and suggest best treatment for the same.

damiana q(MOTHER TINCTURE) 10 drops 3times daily
sulfanilamide 30 3 drops 3 drops daily

after 3 months get checked for the counts
