Hi I am not forgot to upload the details. I am working on children's diarrhea questionnaire in Hindi, which I had made for Indian villagers who could not understand English.
I just tried if I can type in Hindi in this site or not.
This questionnaire looking great for me. This contains A to Z (26 common symptoms of diarrhea of clinically as well as homoeopathically significance.
Two real set of symptoms along with possible etiology of diarrhea and homoeopathic medicines are given.
I had posted this on my blog. I think there may be some further work is required. Once i completed this in English, I will post here abc.
