Fertility

I had previously written about my inferility. However we have done all the tests and they show that there is nothing wrong with either one of us. Can you offer suggestions for my husband to help with this process also?

We have been infertile for almost 2 years.

At the fertiltiy clinic he has anywhere between 15 to 20ml of semen.

His first fertilty test said he had 260 million mobile sperm.

When we go for IUI and they do a sperm washing he has around between 22 and 40 million sperm that are healthy enough for the IUI

He is 29 years old
6 foot 2
210lbs

He has had no passed trauma, no cases of depression, and has always eating well.

He suffers from Flat foot, which cause problems for his knees and his hips, he often compalins they hurt and they are stiff. He also suffers from back pain and neck pain, headaches and warts on the bottom of his feet from travelling alot.

Any help to solve our infertility is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
