This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please take three doses of arsenic alb 30c at a gap of 4 hrs on a single day. Please note that the doses are not to be taken daily but only on one day.
Please report after 7 days.

when you say 3 doses, do you mean 3 pelets?! thank you

NO doses mean taking the remedy 3 times on a single day.

Ideally a couple of pallets in a glass of water, stir and take a tea spoon.

However I think the information you have provided is insufficient to prescribe a remedy.

3 pellets is one dose. Keep the pellets under tongue until dissolved. 3 doses at a gap of 4 hours means 3 pellets each at a gap of 4 hrs. Please follow homeo restrictions. The remedy has been prescribed taking into account your earlier post. But as gumby rightly said when you give feedback give more details.
