Sebaceous Cysts on Arms.

I have been dealing with these Sebaceous Cysts on my arms for far too long now and they are driving me out of my mind. I dont want to wear short sleeves because they literally alter the shape of my elbows.

They range in size, but a few of them are over an inch in diameter. They catch on door frames when I enter a room. I cant lean on my elbows without having to shove them sideways, they put pressure on my arm and I can feel this pressure all the way up into my fingertips (the cyst to cause this is in the middle of my forearm).

I have not had a problem with any of them leaking.

My doctor tells me to just leave them alone and forget that they are there. She does not want to remove them for me and I would prefer not to be left with scars.

I am a 30 year old female. I dont have the best of diets due to money restrictions, but Im not in terrible health. I am about 40 pounds overweight if that has anything to do with cysts.

I have been reading up on Turmeric and Silicea but am not getting a whole lot of CLEAR information on either.

Any advice on how to diminish or remove these cysts would be WONDERFUL!!!
