my symptoms

hi. i was wondering if maybe you could help me figure out what could possibly be wrong with me, if anything. Lets see, I feel more tired and fatigued than usual, my hiar is falling out and comes out very very easily, and almost everyone in my family has a perfect head of hair. My hair pulls out very easily and has a loss of color towards the root, and thier is a white-tip exclamation point looking root coming out. Also, I get dizzy when I stand up more often than ever. I generally just feel crumby. My skin is extemely dry, and patches of skin become very agitated, like around my arm pits for example. But in general, my skin is very flakey, and very unhealthy. I take vitamins, a exercise and I am in very good shape. I watch what I eat, and I try to eat healthy, fish, chicken, veggies, fruit, and I drink lots of water, but I cant seem to figure out why my skin and hair and bad and why I feel so weak. Does anyone have a good guess at what could be ailing me?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Bumps on the hair ends are the hair folicals. This is the part that grows from the scalp. It is correct, except it shouldn't be so "easy" to see.

You really need to get a hair analysis. I suspect some sort of high levels of metals. They will take a tiny bit of hair near the scalp here and there so it will not be ugly or noticable.

Too many symptoms you describe that may mean mercury or amounts of arsnic. You sound toxic. What are you doing different than your family. Do you have a job around chemicals?? Did you visit someplace without your family? Do you ingest something you like that your family does not like?? Does everyone eat from the same dishes, or do you have separate?

I do not know your country, but have the water checked for arsnic levels that you drink.

I read about a country that had really bad water that many were dying around age 40. So some good people came in and drilled many good clean water wells. People began dying for different reasons.

The well diggers didn't bother to analize the water in the wells, knowing it was cleaner than the former water, but the wells turned out to be very high in arsnic!!

so you think high in metals? interesting. i do have a well, whereas most of my community has water from a different source. My family does eat different dishes, we dont really eat as a family. I will try to get this checked out. I live in Northeast Pennsylvania, in Wilkes-Barre which was a big coal minning community. I feel a lot weaker, and I am very slugish. How can I properly rectify this situation?

one other question, if I get checked out, and they find for some reason I have high levels of mercury or arsenic, can it be cured so to speak, and will my damaged hair grow back, I am young, 24 and have really only had these affects for a little over a year or so.

Everyone is different, but many times when metals are released, all things return to normal. Sabra
