Hi, brief background-32yr old female, was hit by a car when 5 and have 80% disability to left leg, Have pcos and all the other symptoms apart from insulin resistance with cysts on both ovaries(although since being on the pill these have gone),
back problems & history of depression. that was short what is to come is not I'm afraid.
with thanks in advance.

I wonder what the point of my life is and feel extremely depressed.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease? I have always had trouble sleeping even as a child. the pcos hit with puberty at 11 and the hair loss began at 16 and only slowed when I began birth control and aldactone at age 21 then started again when I was 27, after I had fallen and injured my back badly which I still cope with today.
the stomach problems began when I was 28.The overheating has been a problem since about age 27 as well.

6. Which time of the day you are worst? at night time when I go to bed and can't quite my mind of thoughts. overheating is when I do anything active day or night or drink alcohol.
Constipation,heartburn/reflux is bad all the time. but worse during menses. Hair thinning is bad all of the time.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? hot weather, humidity exertion alcohol stuffy rooms all make it worse. Cold dry weather and air make it better.
heatpacks help back & leg pain. coffee makes insomnia worse. heat also helps headaches. sitting up relieves headaches or laying on left side.
laying on my back makes my back pain worse laying on the left side makes knee pain worse. any pressure on hair hurts.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)? menses always make me feel depressed. hair is more limp. I crave sweets during and before the onset of menses and suffer severe stabbing pain with clotting. flow is light and lasts for only 4 or 5 days, while on the pill. when completely off the pill menses cease altogether.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication? I have had pulsatilla & nat mur when I was severely depressed about 8 yrs ago, which did help at the time with most things but not all.
I am currently on birth control, aldactone, cinnamon tabs, flaxseed oil tabs vit B for the pcos and panadien forte and mersyndol for pain.
Nexium for the heartburn and reflux.
and sometimes sleeping pills to help sleep.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance. I am 82kg. heavy around the tummy. I have a round face & dark circles under the eyes with white spots.
I have reddish checks & have hirsuitism.
I have brown hair and eyes and pale skin. arms often have tiny red spots and I have skin tags around my neck.
left leg and right hip are severely scared from the car accident. spine has an S shape due to scholiosis.
I am in proportion even though I need to lose weight
except for the tummy which at times can look like I'm pregnant.

I really hope someone can give me an idea as to what would help as I would rip my hair out if it wasn't already falling out..
I have tried to find a remedy for myself but with the varying symptoms it is extremely hard to pin point just one.
It came up with sepia, phosph or calc but didnt match everything..
I apologize for the long winded post but know the more info there is the better it is to find a remedy.
Many thanks again for any and all help.
