Had weight loss surgery -- need help with sugar cravings and low energy

I had weight loss surgery (VSG) on 5/7/09. I have lost 27 pounds since then.

I have started eating much healthier. I eat free range eggs, chicken, beef, sprouted grains, raw milk (just started that), homemade yogurt, veggies, and berries. My diet is still a little limited as I'm only 7 weeks out from surgery. I still don't have much energy. I am taking in probably 800-900 calories a day. I know most people will think this isn't enough, but for weight loss surgery, it is. I take a natural liquid multi, fish oil, probiotics, chewable iron, b complex sublingual, and cal/mag/D.

I am also craving sugar. It's not as bad as it was before surgery. But I seem to want sugar for energy now.

Can you recommend something for low energy and sugar/carbohydrate cravings please?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
For the craving: CHERRY PLUM + CHESTNUT BUD + SCLERANTHUS

For the low energy: OLIVE

these above are Bach Flower Remedies - to be taken as: Four drops each mixed in a half liter water to be sipped frequently throughout the day.
