Seizure in Cat

Hello. I posted something a few weeks ago regarding my cat having seizures. I cannot find the posting any longer and wanted to follow up with the person who suggested 'Causticum'...I have a few questions about the remedy i.e. it seems to be helping my cat, but only when I give it to her every day for several weeks....The result is, rather than a seizure once a month, it has now shifted to once every 6 weeks or more. She seems calmer with this remedy...less nervous. I wanted to ask if increasing the strength of the remedy might help her further at this point? Thank you! (Currently, using 30C.)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If a remedy is correct, it never needs to be repeated for long durations.

Infact you should never repeat same potency like this.

If it is indeed the correct remedy, a single dose of Causticum 200c should result in long term benefit.

If it does not, then, the remedy is not indicated.

Thank you for that, Sameer. In the past, some people have told me to continue a remedy until symptoms change or disappear....in this case then, I will have to assume the remedy is not correct as the seizures did not stop....the time between them was indeed extended. But they did not stop completely. Do you have any suggestions as to correct remedy? (This one has definitely helped her nervous system. I can see the benefits of it but as I say, did not stop the seizures completely.) Thank you!

You might want to try a single dose of 200c potency before leaving this remedy.

Just dissolve 2 pellets in her drinking water, and then dispose the left water after one day.

Wait for 2-3 weeks after this dose.

Hi..I have a 15 yr old persian female who started having seizures approx 3 yrs ago. She seems to have a seizure every 2-3 months lasting 2-3 mins. These are quite severe with drooling, loss of control over urine, and severe spasms. Afterwards, she is disoriented. We've seen the vet who said due to the infrequency she doesn't want to start meds. Is there a remedy I can put in her water to prevent seizures (one that won't harm my other cat)?

Please give her causticum 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in 10 days.

Please add 1 drop or 1 pill of Causticum 30 in some 20 ml - 100 ml water and dissolve nicely.

Please give her few sips from this water, other cats shouldn't take any sips. The remaining water should be thrown away. You should prepare fresh dose each time.

Thx. She only has a seizure every 2-3 months. Is there a safe remedy that I could add to the water dish as a preventative? Or, if I'm giving her causticum, how often to repeat?

The remedy acts internally. Please give the remedy and see it's response in 10 days. Homeopathic remedies are not food supplements.
