need suggestion for ankylosing spondilities
respected doctors,i have been suffering from ankylosing spondilities for last 4 and half years.during my college days i had problem during breathing.one day i found that i could not able to expand my chest at all.i consulted my doctor and did a blood test. i was diagnosed with ankylosing spondilities as hla b27 antigen appeared to be positives. i had given few excersise and imnicin a nsaid drug. but several weeks later i had problem on my left hip. later i have rehumatism all over my body.every parts of my body was so stff. the wrost sufferer was my left hip with extream inflammation causing a great deal of discomfort, perticularly at the time of walking.for four years i have tried everything.from homeopath to aurveda. but nothing worked.may be i never got the right medicine.i have taken a nsaid named nucoxia (zydus cadila)which by the way helped sofar managing my disease. but i have to take many which i am desperately avoiding considering the long lasting bad effects of this kind of medicine. presently i have taken few homeopathic medicine namely ascelus hippocastanum mother,rhus tux 200, and silecea 12x. i usually take the former two in the mourning and lattar at night. but i am not sure weather i am on right path or not. i am writing this letter with un presidented hope for getting a positive answer.and ihope of getting one.
as for my behaviour have concern,i am forgetful, absent minded,lazy,love eating sweets,not very allergic to anything,cannot tolerate heat,loves cold or little damp wearther. persperation easily happens strating from forhead later from the back perticularly during summer tme.therefore, having problem of skin rashes in summer.i am emotional,shy,little depresed, longing for people around me for sharing thoughts.but failed all the time.therefore, feel alone,little left out.i am ver impatient very imaginative,loose temper easily but recover quickly.have a revenge full mind when get hurt and usually dreaming about abstruct things whenever i sleep.
present condition-have stiffness all over body perticularly on waking up in the mourning. left hip is very stiff uneasy, weak,usually feels like it would fall off. right hip is fine. heavyness in lower back. spine although stiff is not that bad comapare to left hip.problem happens when walking for a little long on the left hip side. the pain and stiffness really force me to take neucoxia.then it feels much better. i am 25 years old.
i hope sir the detailed information i have given you would help you understand my condition.

i am sufring from same disease for last 28 years my back bone corved from this disease and i had left hip done in us 1987 i suffer so bad from this desease one thing i have to tell you sit straght and when you sleep always try to sleep on your back not on side my back bone all one now from this sisease so you have to be care full some time in your life it myght stop but the damage which it will cause you will stay.take lots of vitamin fish oil centrum vitimun c and calcium .and let your dr know your are taking these medison .beleve me in long run they will help you .and never ignore excersise.good luck

thank you imran655 for your valuable suggestion.would you mind to tell me how are u right now taking these medication? can you lead a normal life? besides taking these medication u prescribed can u please tell me the is their any proper homeopathic medicine out there that can provide me relief in the long run matching the behavioural instinct and my present condition of the disease whih i mentioned in my previous post.

These are not medison they are vitimans i am not a doctor but i have been through this disease and still sufring when you have rumotid arthrits and ankylosing spondilities there is great chances for your bones to get fuese i hope i spel right .my back bone is fuzed and my hip got so bad and it was jamed and i could not move at all i cannot walk straight any more because my back is curved i talk to one speacialist for this disease and that doctor was also from pakistan and he also hase same disease and he told me must exersise straching your self and sleep straight this way if your back bone get fusze it will fusze straight not corved some with joint if they stuck together you have to replase them .i dont know whic country you live in .i must tell you this do not take medison for too long they are very bad for your kidney you have to watch for that .always try homeopathy or hikmat .there is no cure in convancnal medison .they can give you tamporary relefe thats all but the side efficet are so bad .more chances for to devolpe kidney problem.i am 45 now i got this problem when i was 17 or 18.Again do not take pain killer for long time .ask homeo doctors for treatment or find a hakeem but hakeem has to be good one .good luck to you my friend

first of all thank you very much for extending your helping hand brother.it is greatly appreciated. i already have given full case history of mine including my behavioural instinct and present condition.but i am giving u more details.
the disease started when i was in college.it was in 2004. one day i had terrible breathing problem. i could not breath properly. i was chocking . there was tremoundas amount of inflammaton in my rib cage area.i felt cramp and discomfort. i went to a local doctor and he advised me to do blood test (ec,dc,esr,crp,and hla-b27 antigen.)I did all my test. unfortunately the fear came true. both crp, and hla- b27 antgen found to be positive.that means one thing-yes,I had been diagnosed with ankylosing spondilities. i had given few excersise and imnicin 25. but the disease further progressed in my left hip joint. since then i am fighting with this nightmare. i tried many things but nothing worked . fortunately the disease is in pretty medium stage. i still can move but i have to take nsaid.but i want more deeper solution .i have pain all over my body perticularly by lower bck and left hip joint. it is very stiff,rigid,painfull,and inflamed.my right side is normal. kindly read the document i posted earlier . i have given details about what i feel now , my medicaton etc.
