homeopathic remedies are available in SANA PHARMACY in karama and also in KARAMA CENTER medical shop.
most of the remedies are of BOIRON, GERMANY and are very effective.
i have used then on my family and patients with good results.
the only limitation is that you will get only upto 1M potency and many remedies including all nosodes are banned for sale.
however, some homeopaths who have lisence to practice, may keep remedies above 1M and also nosodes.
