blood pressure

What is the normal Blood pressure reading for me as I am 35 yr old male.
Whenever I check the BP myself it shows 135/80 but with doctors it is 140/90.
Is my BP high?In what position is the best reading taken and at what time of the day?
I have been taking Kali Phos for anxiety.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Everyone different. No one here is going to answer such a question. Go to a dr or nurse and get it taken and get advice on yourself personally.

Your BP is about average, it is sometimes higher in Drs surgery because of anxiety, but lower when we try it alone, byourselves.

Well, pilgrim, after 34 views I felt he needed an answer and we should not express these types of answers when we cannot see or examine a person. Sorry you were offended. Sabra
