This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her four doses daily of arsenic alb 1M at a gap of 3 hours for 2 days and look out for the changes, if any, taking place. The further decision should only be taken after 3 days from giving her medicine as above.

What is one dose?
Add 3 drops of arsenic alb 1M dilution to some 100 ml water. 1 tsf from this water is 1 dose.

Kadwa,
Thank you for your reply. We recently found out that my Mother's disease is in remission and the problem that is causing her symptoms in an internal fungus infection. Please advise. Should we treat with the Arsenicum 1M or is there remedy you could kindly suggest for a systemic fungal infection. Symptoms, food taste bad. craves salt. Sweet things taste excessively sweet. White tongue, evening low fever, muscle and joint pains. all worse during evening hours. No appetite.
Thank you in advance for your help.
