vestibular migraines

hi i'm 28 weeks pregnant and have very bad vestibular migraines (dizzines, vertigo, balance problems, nausea) espesially before rain/thunderstorm. I don't know if they will go away with pregnancy - never had them before. But can somebody suggest some homeopathic treatment for this?

Gelsemium 30c one pellet or one drop mixed in a little water twice daily till the complaint is over.

my doctor told me to take pulsatilla 1m 3 times but i'm afraid of aggravation. Last time i had 1 dose i felt terrible. WHat do you suggest?

Gelsemium is better. To avoid aggravation, after mixing in water shake the contents well before every use.

Thank you!!!
I've just ordered it. I have 6c home right now. SHould i take it meanwhile or should i wait for 30c?
Also, can i take it together with other homeopathic med (nervous tonic etc..) or is it better to take it on its own till it's working?
Thank you again

If 30c is not available 6c will be sufficient.
in case of any emergency another medicine can be used but not combined.
use any medicine only when needed.
sajjad.
