General dosage question

Hi, some ordered treatment has just arrived, in the form of tiny 'Granules'. How would one go about making a dose out of this format? Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

If granules are about 1m.m dia take 5/6 directly into mouth, from bottle. But only after washing mouth out and waiting 20min . Then do not eat or drink for about 20min .
