hight suggesion
sir my age 19years but my hight only 4'10' and i am very slim so I look like 13-14 year old.this couse i had thing I take medicine for taller hight.
so I see a medicine 'hightex (homiopathic)these composition is :
1. baryta carb 200c hp
2. silicea 200c hp
3. thuj 200c
etc.
Discription : greater of 13 year child 2 dose of a week.
course : 3 months
so plz suggest me about this medicine.
is this medicine safe of me?
and help me for my hight tolling.

I don know if you are a male or female, kindly clarify.
height is a factor that depends largely on your parents if you are normal, it may be altered if you have hormonal imbalance especially growth and thyroid hormones. they both are mostly responsible for growth. so will be the case if you have any defects in the pituitary gland which again might cause reduced stature by reducing the production of the above mentioned hormones. or altered heights may be seen in chromosomal disorders, it looks like you don suffer form them.
well if you are cleared of all the defects as mentioned above. then it should be purely hereditary, so see if your father and mother are of your equal height. how are your siblings doing in growth. medicines will help you only if you have some problems if not then i suggest exercises to increase your height. you are just 19 and either a male or female you still have growing bones, the long bones are yet to be fused fully, so start jumping, join games like basket ball and volley ball which will need you to jump constantly, you will sooner see the difference.
To be honest i don know about the effect of the 'higtex' which you mentioned and i personally don feel it will be of any help to you. I don believe in combination or patent products.
