Hey, could see a lot of frustration in the delay in reply, appologies.
Your husbands report looks 50-50. it is a border line report,
World Health Organization guidelines say a normal sperm count consists of 20 million sperm per ejaculate, with 50 percent motility and 60 percent normal morphology (form). The amount of semen in the ejaculation matters, too. If the concentration is less than 20 million sperm per milliliter of ejaculate, it may impair fertility. Still, if the sperm show adequate forward motility -- the ability to swim -- concentrations as low as 5 to 10 million can produce a pregnancy.

Hope i have answered your question.

thanx doctor .but im confuse my husband count is 28600000/ml 28 million 6 thusand in per ml,

and his volume 4 ml

means 4 time 28600000 its lot more then 20 million

Yes if the report is correct then it is more than 20million.

But an average calculation is that if a sperm volume is 2 ml then we hold that somewhere around 40 million is normal.

Hey don get confused,
your husbands count is good, and the abnormal sperms should be less than 30% that is what i said border line report, otherwise nothing to worry about your husbands report. even with this he has all the possibilities to become a father.

If needed you can give Coenzyme Q10 capsules/tablets three times a day. Its a very specific product for the same. Its categorised under food category and hence no side effect. It will enhance Sperm index(That means, sperm count, sperm health, sperm quality and sperm motility all four together). You can get pathological lab test done after three month there is visible 'up side down' difference which should help you in getting parenthood.
(Capsules are costly-usually 40 rs a capsule)
Follow all the advise given by Dr.Bhagyavasan.
