cold and fever

My son who is 2& 1/2 years old suddenly caught cold whch turned to fever. His symptoms are
1. Extremities and head very hot
2. Cold with watery discharge
3. Typical change in voice
4. Very thirsty and drinks lot of water with dry mouth esp at night at around 10-12
5. complains aches in legs
Please suggest some remedy

please give him three doses of belladonna 30c at a gap of 4 hours

day 2
please give him three doses of arsenic alb 30c at a gap of 4 hours

and report back
