PCOS - fertility treatment guidance

Hi there. I am 24 years old and have been diagnosed with PCOS. My doctor have tried pharmaceuticals with no luck. My partner and I want children. We were hoping to conceive before the holidays.

My symptoms are as follows:

-Multiple Ovarian cysts
-No period (Amenorrhea)
-Do not ovulate (Anovulation)
-minor hirsutism
-Stretch marks all over abdomen

I am slightly overweight, but have been losing weight recently. I am almost in the target BMI range. Within a month I will be in the range.

I have had irregular periods all my life. I am lucky if I get two per year. I have never ovulated. I get frequent cramping, horrible cramping, as if menstruation would follow, but it never does (I think the pain may be from the ovarian cysts)

Please, what remedy or remedies would help get my body back into a fertile state? We desperately want to start our family. It pains me that I cannot provide my partner with children. It makes me feel like less of a woman. I am tired of the pharmaceuticals and would like to treat my condition with homeopathic remedies.

Thank you.

Currently my physician has me on Metformin 500mg, twice daily. It makes me very sick, so I do not take it much. She also wants me to take Femera (works like Clomid, supposedly better for PCOS patients), but I have not had a period therefore have not been able to take it.

Blood results are below:

Testosterone, Serum - 411 ng/dL
Free Testosterone - 3.8 pg/mL
Hemoglobin Alc - 5.0
Estim Avg Glu - 97 mg/dL
Creatine, Serum - 0.80 mg/dL
Glom Filt Rate, est - >59
ALT (SGPT) - 31 IU/L
Glucose, Plasma - 81 mg/dL
Cortisol - 16.2 ug/dL
Prolactin - 9.4 ng/mL
C-Peptide, Serum - 2.3 ng/mL
Sex Horm Binding Glob, Serum - 16 nmol/L
Estradiol - 53 pg/mL
TSH - 1.807 uIU/mL
LH - 18.2 mIU/mL
FSH - 4.9 mIU/mL
DHEA - 2007 ng/dL

Pelvic Ultrasound results:

Amenorrhea, Polycystic Ovary with Polycystic Ovarian Disease

The uterus is normal in size and internal architecture, The endometrial canal measures 0.4 cm. The right ovary measures 3.1 x 4.6 x 2.8 cm. The left ovary measures 2.7 x 2.4 x 2.9 cm. Multiple small cystic areas are noted throughout both ovaries. The largest cyst on the right measures 1.9 cm and contains scattered internal echoes. The largest cyst on the left measures 1 cm. No evidence of free fluid is seem. There are no pelvic masses.

Normal appearance of the uterus. Multiple bilateral follicular cysts. A single 1.9 cm cyst is noted in the right ovary with internal debris.

I hope this helps.
