Center chest Pian
Hello Sir,I have center chest pain from 9 months. Sometimes its goes to severe. I have done all test as below:
ECG:Normal
ECHO: Normal
BP: Normal
Blood sugar: Negative
Chest xray: Normal
I have no gastric problem.
I have tried allopthic and Homeopathic (bryonia , Belladona,SBL-AT200, Kaliphos, Mag Phos etc)
Please guide me correct medicine to help chest pain permanent. I have also left knee pain from 3 year.
Please guide me.

Location: center chest bone, feeling pain inside of chest bone, It feels more during sneezing and when trying to expand chest with full air,
Some times suddenly increased without any noticed cause. Cause may be not proper sleeping, sometimes constipation, sometimes from lifting heavy weights, There is no exact cause noticed. Regular mild pain continue every time.
It is related to muscles as per doctors. When stretching neck to back or bend neck to forward then pain feels more.
My age is 31 yrs and I am a technician in aviation sector.
I am vegetation, No Smoking, No alcohol.
I have consulted doctors. Aloopathic doctors saying it is muscle pain, some homeopathic doctors saying it is muscles pain, some saying it is due to gastric problem and diaphragm uplifting, some saying it is due to constipation and digestion problems.
I have taken all the medicine as per homeopathic doctors since 9 months but there is no permanent relief.

start with ARNICA 30C every 4 hours for 2 days and then if it works in the next 3 to 4 days, we will continue in the same or in the higher potency.
if it doesnt decrease with arnica, we will take a different route.
