My father aged 78 was very good health in 2007.Never used any drug in the life. In 2007he has climbed 300 feet stairs to a monument hence very good physic.He had cronic urine incontenience.He suffered with Malaria and than after Jauindice before 10 years.In 2007 after overexertion of few days,he diogonosed with enlarged spleen and urine mild uncontrol with edeama in foot. Took treatment from a Urologist and get sevear constipation.Took purgatives and gt sevear diarrhea.Urologist gave dirutics also. Gradually he has weak as he can not stand on his legs.Now he diognosed with Cirrhosis of liver.LFT is normal execpt low protein.PT is small high. He is on bed. He was a reknowned writer and poet but he can not write with trembling of hands.He has loose strength.He urinate all over night every half hour with little quantity.He has cronic constipation.(stool not hard even) Anybody can give me suggetion with safe drugs.vedant on 2009-08-03

recently in sonography report it is observed that bladder is not functioning as well as 'thikening of walls'-barely distended,can not hold urine even small quantity.
Cirrhosis is related with scare tissues on outer part of the organ(as doctor says in general)or not proper blood supply within the organ. Is any liver remedy drug would releave this problem?

Given R7 but it causes excess urination about 1500ml/day while he has not intake that quantity. He feel weakness after urinating,actually this the main problem of him.

(Attention- fever is a remittent feature in whole history which is finding many times but not trace at the right time when it came because the symptom of fever is cold body with weakness and dullness and physically power loss and not reported by patient because of not knowing actually what happens with him. In other matters he is well to describe everything. The case is seems to be a case of misunderstanding & mishandling for a long time and become a sensitive case. Follow up-
On 17th Aug. morning, he is again hospitalized because of continues fever from five days, became semiunconcious, not able to expell words from mouth between the process of treatment of antibiotics for bronchitis, congession and cold.After two days treatment fever lowed and third day normal. Now he is taking antibiotics being continued upto 23th. I have started Ars 30C from today 21st. One point, I forgot that he has bed sore ( pressure sore )on the edge of hip.He feels difficulty from sitting because of this sore.Some severe sore were cured on the Lower part from spine to Hips which were occured when he was treated in hospital six month ago but the skin is not matured of that scares.Thease are pink not brown as normal.
In the sitting area and hips, he has a tendency of sores since long back.
On 19th-He has discharged from hospital.Test reports normal- Lungs clear-LFT-Billrubin 1.9, protein low(slightly)albumin low,TLC 13200, PT is near about normal- but he is taking Nutrition suppliments, On the basis of Sonography report Doctor says that Liver shown better from previous report. Presently he has no appetite, taking food suppliments and half Roti.

I should add- He is used to chewing tobacco. However he has avoided since a year back but sometimes he takes a little quantity and in 'Pan'.

You may start Ars Alb 30c. See the response. On that basis start R31. It is better not to give at the same times. Breathing exercises are good. But the patient here seems to lack stamina to do the exercises. Otherwise Anulom Vilom is very good.

Today morning- He looks little better. Took one Roti with his choised vegitable and asked about his mouth ulcers.Any remedy for quick relief in ulcers?
For debility/strength, as our previous experiance Acid Phos 200 worked good after three days dose twice a day. Today I should continue with only biochemic. Yesterday night comparitively low quantity collected in urine bag.No increase in swelling.

You may apply glycerine to mouth ulcers. Kali Mur should also help in mouth ulcers. Please don't give Acid Phos immediately. He may improve as he starts eating. Let us restrict our treatment to Ars Alb, tissue salts and r31. For the time being you may continue with the tissue salts.
