This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The following three options are suggested.

1 tsp fenugreek seeds should be soaked in some water at night. In the morning after brushing on empty stomach the seeds should be consumed after chewing a lot. Water in which the seeds were soaked should also be taken.

There is a homeopathic remedy Nux Vomica 30c. Three doses of this remedy should be taken daily for 3 days and it's effect should be observed for the next week.

The following tissue salts may also help in bad breath
1. kali mur 6x
2. natrum sulph 6x

2 tablets each of these salts should be taken thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours. These salts may be taken for 15 days.

While taking homeopathic remedy or tissue salts please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

This reply is just for academic purpose and may be usefull to our doctors.
Wheatgrass juice fresh is powerful weapon to cure bad breath. I have used it in several subjects(who trust on me for the same) and they got cured. Offcourse if its piorrea than it will take very long time but it cures it too as well.
