Hypothyroid with varying complications

I have been on different thyroid medications for over 40 yrs, being diagnosed when I was about 12 yrs old with a slight goiter and low thyroid. I currently take Synthroid daily. In the past few years I have acquired a problem with a rash that occurs on my forearms, feet and legs. Nothing seems to get rid of it. It itches and is aggravated by everything: clothing, heat, contact with anything. Disappeared for a while, then came back with a vengance. When it does heal? it leaves a dark pigmentation.

My info:
-54 yrs old
-female
- 200+ lbs., no matter what I do I can't lose weight, very frustrating!!!
-No energy, do workout but it is a REAL task to get motivated
-Tend to get cold easily, especially hands and feet
-Most of my life have had oily skin, but now just on face, rest is getting dry
-Usually easy to get along with, but feel like not getting around people (especially with rash)
-Easily annoyed, speak up a little more than I ever have
-Have joint problems, swelling, inflamation, arthritis. Feet and joints can be very tender at times.

I hope I am not rambling and this information helps. But I am at a loss at what to do.
Thanx very much for taking the time to listen.

Ok, reporting the results after 15 days. In the beginning my existing patches on my skin seemed to start healing very quickly. Those now show as darker and are not sensitive or itching like they were. Around the middle of this time, I had a very down time, felt tired not well for about two days. I broke out in tiny smaller, pimple like bumps, these are also on the top of my arm (never had them there before. They were still not as sensitive or itchy. Now, they are healing also and skins is feeling better. A couple of larger spots on knee and foot. Skin can be a little itchy, allergies are overboard right now. So, was this a thyroid deficiency? Can I ever overcome this and get my thyroid to produce thyroxin on it's own? Too many problems with hypothyroid.

Well, even with these complications, I have to say it is awesome for my skin to be healing quicker than ever before!

Thank you so much for your advice and help! It is much appreciated!

Ok, it has been more than 20 days. My original rash has healed and is still dark, but I have acquired more of the small pimple like bumps and they are itchy and sensitive and in more places on my elbow, top of my hand, arm, feet and legs. I use aloe vera juice to help relieve the itching and sensitiveness, seems to help a bit. I still have a couple of bumps on my knees and top of feet that seem to be the worst. Wow, I thought I was getting better? I do have stress in my life, but work really hard to relieve it.
Any suggestions? Thank you for helping!

If this is an aggravation due to taking the remedy, we should wait for another 15 days without taking any remedy. Only by that time things will be clear.

Ok, I will try that. Thank you!

I have waited a little longer than 15 days, still have the bumps, some seem to be trying to heal. They seem to come back and start healing. I thought about it and I have had a tough time with allergies this year and sinus problems. I also remembered that I took a dose of MAGNESIA SULPHURICA a few weeks after I took the first remedy you gave me. After reading more on homeopathic medicine, that may have been a mistake, I did follow all other instructions you gave me. Did I mess up what you were doing for me? If so, I apologize, is there anything I can do to fix it? Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Here are my answers....Thank you

1. Describe your main suffering?
Rash that doesn't want to go away. On my hands, arms & legs. Different rash type, when flares up is dark pink and it is raised. They are not round, diferent shapes and sizes. When healing gets dark (kind of brownish) and fades, but mostly leavies a brown shadow of the rash. It doesn't ooze. it is itchy when flared and shen starting to heal almost looks irridescent and shiny. If my skin is irritated by anything like I scratched it a month and half ago, I still have a 2 1/2 inch scratch that is dark pink and raised.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Rash itches, sinus congestion, asthma, allergies, arthritis, swelling, joint stiffness.
Had Nephritis as a child and have hypothroidism for over 40 years, very allergic.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Self-conscious, frustrated, stressed, had a dysfuncunal family growing up have tried to overcome the mental suffereings, they pop up every once in a while with situations.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Like not being seen by anyone, isolating.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
I can't connect it to anything specific, but maybe stress.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
I don't think there is any particular part of the day, just when it is flaring up.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Stress, heat (sweating), sunshine, anything that rubs again those areas of my skin, and if I scratch it.
Taking a warm bath with epsom salt seems to ease it. Putting aloe vera on it also eases it. Using the Calc Carb started it to healing, but it broke out again after a couple of weeks.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
I don't think so, it seems to be the same (have gone to other places and it is still here) and I can't figure what makes it bettet.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I prefer warm dry weather, but the rash does feel better in cool weather, but still doesn't go away.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

I am generally mild & easy to get along with, but do have a limit (it takes a lot to get me angry). I hold a lot in. I do no like conflict. I don't think I am irritating. I tend to be lazy and have to motivate myself to get moving.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
No different than any other time, I enjoy watching the lightening.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?

During tough times, I tend to be with myself. I may ask some advice, but be on my own if I am emotional. I am not really sensitive to smell unless it is extremely nausiating. I do get confused if it is REALLY noisy. My eyes are sensitive to light.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
I have started talking to myself, bite my nails if extremely nervous.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
Children are older and not necessarily choosing wisely, causes me grief and stress. I have been working on letting it go and knowing I can't do anything about it. I have a few good supportive friends I treasure. My spouse has serious health problems and is stubborn, not really accepting homeopathy medicine. Frustrating me.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I don't dream of any situation repeatedly. Fear, losing a loved ones love and acceptance.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

Absolutely, more aware of others feelings and needs. I think differently and don't always fit in, I do try.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
