wasp bite, infection left side of face

I think a wasp bit my left arm. I didn't see it, but it hurt terribly and my arm swelled up. It itched terribly and was kinda hard on the surface... I used apple cider vinegar and baking soda and that helped temporarily. Then I used bentonite liquid on the bite, and it really seemed to help. The next day it was almost gone...

Then my left eye seemed sore, and I noticed in the corner of my eye was a red dot. Like a blood spot on the white of the eye, in the outer corner. I also started getting a earache, and a toothache... left side again.

The earache, and toothache kept getting worse... I started taking Ibprofen and also using Oil of oreganol on my tooth... it's sensitive to the cold... so is my ear... it's sensitive to any sort of breeze...
It hurt so bad today I cried. I have no insurance, and am hoping there are alternatives I can do.

I'm wondering if this is all related... I mean the bite w/ my pain... It feels like my left side of the face is sore...
