ptsd

A friend's son is experiencing post traumatic stress disorder from years past when he was involved in the 1st Gulf War. He was a pilot and saw many of his friends die in action. His one most prominent symptom is night sweats that cause him to wake up every night, and muscle and leg twitching. In his dreams he is flying, and sees impending disaster. Other than that one symptom he is a wonderful man, caring and loving. Should he try Arsenicum?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Arsenic is a remedy that may work for his symptoms. The other remedies that may also work are Phosphorus and Lycopodium.
The remedy should be given in 200c potency. Three doses should be given on a single day. The remedy should not be repeated before 15 days. Similarly other remedy should be tried only after 15 days.
The following bach Flower Remedies may also help
1. mimulus
2. white chestnut
3. pine
Flower remedies may be taken daily thrice a day. Flower Remedies should be skipped on the days when homopathic remedies are taken.

Thank you - I have done a lot of research and came up with arsenicum and phosphorus. I will order the 200C and tell my friend to have him follow your suggestions.
