Homeopathic prophylaxis of candida during antibiotics cure?

It is well-known that a conventional antibiotics cure can cause overgrowth of candida albicans. Is it useful to prevent this by taking a homeopathical remedy against candida, along with the antibiotics?

I am a 34 year old male with gluten and milk intolerance. I have been on and off diets for 4 years (normal diet, low-gluten and gluten-free) so I am absolutely sure I have an intolerance. However, recent blood tests and a duodenal biopsy were healthy, so I was declared a non-celiac. I also believe to have a mild to moderate candida infection because I have a sugar issue with the usual candida symptoms, especially after ingesting sugar, but improving a lot when on a sugar free diet. I have also had a chronic, but stable area of candida infection on my skin (small area between thighs and scrotum) for many years. This was confirmed by a swab and lab test a couple of years ago. It has yielded slowly during my low-sugar diet but isn't completely gone.

The recent gastroscopy, however, gave an unexpected result. Although I don't have celiac, my gastroenterologist said, according to the lab report , I had helicobacter pylori (the 'gastric ulcer bacteria').

So he has prescribed me the usual three-remedy cure: esomeprazol 20 mg (Nexium) as an acid inhibitor, amoxicillin 1000 mg, and metronidazol 500 mg (Flagyl) - these to be taken twice daily for one week.

I am afraid the antibiotics could harm my intestinal flora and tilt the candida overgrowth. I am considering taking some remedies along with the cure: aloe vera juice, probiotics and possibly fenugreek and turmeric. I would like to take nystatin (an efficient and rather harmless antifungal), just for that one week, but probably can't get a prescription for it.

Now, is there any homeopathic prophylaxis against candida which would be useful in this situation?
I know it is 'wrong' to mix homeopathy with allopathic antibiotics, but I am afraid my candida problem could get worse. Specifically, I was thinking about Candida Albicans D5/D6 or the 'Exmykehl' formula from Sanum which contains Candida albicans D5, Candida parapsilosis D5 and Penicillium roqueforti D5.
