azoospermia treatment
Dear All,If there is a cure for azoospermia please send me the
details ....
For the past couple of months i am doing all the tests suggested by my Dr.
1)Semen Analysis
Appearance - Milky White
Volume - 2ml
Transparency - Translucent
Viscosity - Normal
Fructose - Positive
PH - 7.5
pus cell - occasional
Granular debris - present +
Epithelial cells - squamous type
sperm count - nil
2)Hormone analysis
FSH - 11.81 mlU/ml normal : 1.7 - 12.0 mlU/ml
LH - 6.89 mlU/ml normal: 1.1 - 7.0 mlU/ml
Prolactin,Serum(11:00 am ) - 42.67 ng/ml normal:3.46 - 19.40 ng/ml
repeat-> Prolactin,Serum(7:30 pm) - 13.68 ng/ml normal:2.1 - 17.7 ng/ml
TSH - 1.83 Euthyroid : 0.2 to 5.7
Testosterone : 367.0 ng/dl Normal 29 - 49 years
: 166 - 877 ng/dl
3)Blood Sugar
Fasting 90.0 mgs% Normal 70- 110
Post Lunch 104.00 mgs % Normal upto 140
4)Cholesterol 145.00 mgs% Normal 130 - 200
5)CT Scan Brain
No obvious pituitary adenoma is seen
6)No past serious illness only chickenpox .
7)Alcohol occasionally .

I was waiting for some other colleagues for their treatment recommendation but since they have not given their word on this now I shall suggest the same.
Since count is Nill, its possible you may have to go for Varicosil operation. For the same you may have to consult a Gynaec and he will be able to through more light.
But before going for the same I am suggesting you to take Co-enzyme Q10 capsules three times a day for three month.(I am sorry but this medicine will be costly say around 400 rs per 10). I think with in a month if you notice some rise in sperm counts than you can continue for a long time and that will serve the purpose.
Co enzyme Q10 is very safe, innocent and sure shot remedy in most male infertility cases where there is some sperm count or ill sperm health.
My prayers and best wishes for parenthood
