How to get rid of semen smell? Ruining my social life!!

PLEASE HELP ME QUICKLY!!!!

A few days ago I masturbated and now there is a semen or semen-like smell coming from my penis. This has negatively affected my social life and i am worried about my health.

I do not masturbate a lot, only a few times every 2 weeks on average. But this semen smell persists for many days afterwards. Please tell me how to get rid of it. I am supposed to go camping next week and I would hate to have to cancel it b/c of this smell.

Additional symptoms include sharp smelling moisture forming very easily on the inside of my foreskin and penis head when thinking about sex. (even from just a little bit of thinking). I am sure that the sperm smell is NOT from the moisture, that sperm smell is from inside the penis.

I know the smell is not imagined b/c I can easily smell it, as can others around me unless I wash with soap every hour or so.

I am male, late 20's (29), single, never had sex, and have a studious personality. Please respond quickly and let me know what to do. I am trying to not masturbate anymore as I feel that in the past I may have done too much resulting in this sad state of affairs. Thank you.
