Oligospermia and Psorisis.

My friend is suffering from infertily an posorisis.

He Semen analysis is as under:

Morphology:

Normal : 60%
Ab normal: 40%

Motality:

Active : 5%
Sluggish : 15%
Non Motile: 80%

Total Spermotoza count
less then 20 Thousand
(Normal Count 60 to 150 Million/ml)
Pus cells : 02-03 HPF
RBCS : NIL HPF

Opinion : Oligospermia.

Though he used Damina for some time and also herbal treatment and Used allopathic medicine Tribrus but their is not improvement in his resuilts even a 1%.

He has also gap in his back to carrying a heavy thing now he can walk and move but he has the problem.

Kindly advise the best possible treatment , duration of treatment and also to tell that it is not due to psorisis(For Long Time) or any thing else and is it curable.
