Hi,

Please let me know what exactly is impotency? It is permanenet or temporary?

Till few years back, before the death of my father, whenever i used to read or watch porn i used to get erection even without stimulaton. However, now when i read or wath porn i do not get an erection unless i do a stimulation. Also, even stimulation sometimes does not give proper erection. Recently i get in touch with a girl, during foreplay, i got complete erection however as soon as i tried for penetration, i lost my erection. This happened few other times also.

Now a days i feel that i have:

1. Lack of sexual desire.
2. Improper erection.
3. Sometimes there is pain in testical and penis after masturbation.

I am able to mastrubate and sometimes i get an erection during my sleep.

I just wanted to add that apart from the other symptoms, i also feel lack of energy in my body and my mind is also disturbed. I used to have high BP, which again happened after death of my father. However, for sometime its under control. I was taking homeopatic medicine for BP. I dont know the name, as my doctor was giving it to me in liquid form. Also, i have full erection during foreplay and oral sex. However, i lose it when try to penetrate.

Should i still go ahead with the same medicines? Any side effects of these medicines?
