Dry skin from dry weather

I suffer from chronic dry skin if i'm in dry weather. so i live in a humid climate. I'm on holiday now and miserable...
the weather is hot and dry, dry wind.
- my skin is dry and hot
-if i scratch i have small, red inflamation at inner thighs, shins and rib cage area
-irritable
-desire to sit in a vat of aloe
-no amount of moisturizer helps
-wake up in the night scratching
-suffer from wheat intolerance (not celiac)with similar dry itchy skin reactions
I'm told my chinese doctors i'm too hot and dry inside so there isn't enough moisture inside of me to keep my skin moist and cool. Ayurvedic herbs help but i'm out of them and have my homeopathy kit on vacation with me now.
any suggestions?! thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may take Sulphur 30c thrice a day a gap of 4 hours for 2 days and see whether it helps.

Please don't take it as a prophylactic. Please take it only if you have the symptoms. When you take it on having the symptoms, the remedy will stimulate your vital force and the symtoms may disappear. In this way you can say that it will act prophylactically. If the symptoms don't disappear, you may report your symptoms here after taking the remedy.
