Dr. Sameer - keratoconus, please advice

Dear Dr. Sameer,
My husband has keratoconus, we discovered it 5 & 1/2 yrs ago. He started wearing glasses at around 18 yrs of age. doctors prescribed hard lenses but it was a great discomfort. He has cornea replacement sugery in 3 weeks. Please suggest if this can be treated using Homeopathy, or surgery is the only cure?

If pathology has progressed to structural change, this is not a thing to be taken lightly, and whether or not this is treatable with homeopathy , it certainly is not meant to be treated online.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to take this up.
