Help me to make my FACE Clean and Clear

My Father is 62yrs old. He is facing some black spots on his face from last few months, been to many doctors but no results from MD skin skin specialist.

We are Gujarati and Vegetarian.in our Gujarati languagge we called it MASA or TIll I Guess, not exactly knowing.What is it, But my father feeling very embarrassing for it and not feel comfortable to go in mass due to this problem.

As you suggest my Dad had completed the medicine dose but yet that marks not gone and still as it is, in that case what should we have to do?

Pls Dr. help him out to get free from it.

Causticum 1M one dose every week for 9 days. and stop.
