new COMPLICATION - Gritting teeth in sleep & shivering

My child is 4.5 years old and yesterday he started complaining of going to stool frequently. The stools were hard and with a little mucus on them. Podophyllum 200 single dose was given.

Yesterday night onwards he started having fever
2400HRS -101.7 (Gels 200 6 pills given)
0100HRS -101.2
0600HRS - 99.7
1315HRS - 101.2
1415HRS - 103.0 (Belladonna 200 given)
1700HRS - 100.4
1900HRS - 100.6
2030HRS - 102.6

and since 2130 hrs till now 2353 hrs. he is running 103 F (in the arm pit). I had given him cold sponging. First I gave him Feverin (combination for fever), since it did not have any effect, Gave Rhustox 200 and followed it up with another dose of Rhustox. My homeopath is out of calling area and I do have some stocks of medicines.

Please help
