incomplete erection

i m 29 yr old , i have a problem of incomplete errection , also desire is less in now days ,i m also patient of neurosis ( I m a patient of Rabies Phobia from last 5 yrs.
The root cause was one boy that was dying after biting the dog .I was knowing 2 that boy ,but he was not so closed 2 me, But after his death, i m starting 2 caring myself lotly. i start washing hands after shaking to any person, & doubt that ,this person also may b affeced from rabies, in this way ,Now i m avoiding 2 any person having a pet in a home , & also i leaving bus travelling in doubt ,that all persons sitting in the bus are unknown 2 me ,& any one may b affected frm this disease ,so in this way i ignore many peoples ,& i m using only own seprate utensils 2 eat & drink,.
