Hair Loss / Forehead

Hello,

I am 28 years old , male.
I am suffering from baldness for 7 years now.

I have been using Himalayas Hair Loss cream since 3 years.
The hair loss is still there and I lose quite a measurable number of hairs EVERYDAY.
I am not completely bald ; however the hair left on my head are very few .

I have been suffering from mild acne for 7-8 years now. I have started an alopathic treatment for the same(I am one week done with the treatment.). I am not sure whether the ACNE and BALDNESS are related though.

unfortunately my sleep is not at all sound and I suffer from dreams quite regularly (almost daily.)

Apart from this I don't have any problems.
Height - 5'4'
Weight - 63 Kg

Please suggest meds.
