Dr. Sameer Vermani... Chest congestion for my daughter/ 11 years
My Daughter is currently 11 years old. She had first problem of chest congestion around 5 years back when suddenly with weather change she started breathing heavily. At that time we had shifted from a very good city to relatively polluted city (Chandigarh to Delhi, if you are aware of these cities in India). So it looked like allergy to pollution. She was treated with Alopathic treatement at that time. After that more or less everytime with weather change, she feels this problem very frequently (say 4-5 times in a year). It is discovered to be mild allergic Asthma. Situation is better now as the condition gets controlled easily with allopathic treatment whenever she feels this problem but it is continuing. Thanks Dr. Vermani for your time. Here are the answers for your questions:
Ther is no family history for such problem. She lives currently with her parents and younger sister (2.5 years old).
She does not make too many friends, she is very selective, kind of reserved person who spends most of time at home. She plays on computer and watches TV when free. Likes to go out with family though not afraid of anyone.
She gets angry very quickly, has very loose temper. Gets frustrated easily if things do not go her way.
In food too, she is very choosy. Does not like too many vegetables or milk. She likes to eat junk food chips, cold drinks, ice creams, burgars etc.
Healthwise, her height is less compared to others of her age though weight is ok. She is around 133 cms / 35 kgs.

She does not get too much involved in physical activities e.g. playing outdoor. Gets tired quickly. She used to be very fluent and interesting in studies but off late her interest in stuides is reduced. She is very sharp minded and picks up things very well. Very good in learning new things, if interseted.
