In homeopathy the remedy is selected on the basis of totality of symptoms. In your case on the basis of symptoms reported by you the remedy is Dulcamara. This remedy works for those who suffer from asthamatic affections in rainy season after getting wet. Similarly other tissue salts are also prescribed as they are indicated.
If you don't feel any improvement after taking medicine, you may see a cardiologist or a lung specialist.
You may also visit Swami Ramdev's Patanjali Chikitsalaya afterwards. They provide very good treatment for heart as well as pulmonary problems. They will also suggest you some breathing exercises.
So don't worry.

Dear Dr. Kadwa,

Thanks once again for your kind suggestion, I will take the prescribed medicine first and hope everything goes well, if unfortunate then will look forward to visit Swami Ramdev's Patanjali Chikitsalaya.

Thanks once again,
Dhanraj

Hello Dear Dr. Kadwa,

First of all I feel sorry, because I did not take your prescribed medicine. Since I was not feeling good during that time and I went to Pulmologist (Dr. Vijai Kumar, Indira Park, Hyderabad), he prescribed me Omnacortil-40, Unicortin-400 and Allegra-120. I'm continuing this medicine to some extent I'm feeling better now. However Im not 100% fit as before I used to, and also whenever Im busy in work I dont have this problem and again if I sit idle then I have this problem anyhow the intensity, I can say is 50% less than what I had earlier. Now Im not having that much chest pain also.

Please could you provide any good medicines which will me quick relief and not to get this problem again in future.

Thanks & Regards,
Dhanraj

Please take the medicines that are suggested earlier. The medicines have been suggested after detailed case taking and they are expected to work. So please go ahead. You may take these medicines alongwith the allopathic medicines. Later on you may phase out allopathic medicines.

Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning.

Dear Dr Kadwa,

Thanks again for quick response.
Do I need to follow strict diet restrictions I mean the food which need to take and what not to take.

Thanks,
Dhanraj

Dhanraj Pimple last decade
It is better to avoid sour food items, fried food items, spicy food items (too much spice should be avoided). Some ayurvedic medicines are also very effective in these conditions. You may read about Swami Rmadev's Package for asthama at the following thread. Don't get overwhelmed by too many remedies in the package, ayurvedic supplements act at a nutritional plane and its effectiveness increases if breathing exercises are done regularly.

Hello Dear Dr. Kadwa,

I took Dulcamara 30c as prescrbed, and I felt somewhat OK, then when I started to take Natrum Sulph 6x for the first dose I felt good, and when I took second dose I felt some problem in breathing like my nose is blocked, I had to breath hard. I took the above two doses as prescribed.

Please advice.

Thanks,
Dhanraj

Dhanraj Pimple last decade
How long did the problem persist after taking the second dose?
Whether you did'nt have this problem in the past ie whether this happened for the first time?
If you have had such problem in the past, what is the frequency of it's occurence.
Please clarify.

Dear Dr. Kadwa,

Actually I took this dose at 1430 IST today and now Im not feeling that much problem now.

No, this is not happened for the first time.

The fequency of this problem occurs few times (say 5 to 6 times) in a day.

Is this because of any side effects of Natrum Sulph 6x.

Please help.

Thanks,
Dhanraj

Dhanraj Pimple last decade
No. This is not a side effect of Natrum Sulph. You may complete the course.
