31 year old female with Moles, warts and pimple marks..need remedial help

Hi,

I am a 31 year old female with lots of skin problems...

1. Moles
2. Warts
3. Acne
4. Old acne scars
5. Lots of large open pores

Most of these problems are on face but not limited to it only.I have an extremely oily skin. I have had all these problems for almost 15 years now. My face was all red due to pimples during the first few years..these days i have 2-3 of them. I am working on my acne, acne marks through ayurvedic and home made remedies.

I tried almost all the over the counter medicines during early days..nothing worked for me. I have experienced that most of medicines stop working on me after 15-30 days.

So, I was going on with these all problems all through these days trying everything that came my way other than clinical treatments. I really don't like the idea of exposing my already battered skin to extreme treatments.

I saw a lot of valuable information on this site, so would kindly request the experts to help me.

I consulted a homeopath 2 days back for my moles/warts...he has prescribed me thuja 200 1M once daily for 3 months.

Well, I have read that homeopathy does not have side effects but would like to reconfirm if this medicine is safe for nursing mothers. He has told me that its going to work on my warts as well as moles.

Please suggest me alternaive remedies too. Is there an option for quicker results?

Once, I was a confident and successful women even with all these problems, now I am a very pessimistic, dull and unsuccessful person. A lot of other factors have contributed to this state of mind.

I feel as if an improvement in my looks and personality will help get back to my old confident self. These problems are costing me my self esteem.

I have not been working for past three years and would like to get back to work soon with vigour and energy. I am in a work sphere where personality is a very important aspect.

How much is the estimated time when I can expect to see the results.

So, dear docters please help me get rid of these problems. I will be indebited to you for rest of my life.

Kuldeep, if you are still around on the forum...please help me.

Regards
Meenaxi.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1. Describe your main sufferings and other related or unrelated sufferings with exact sensations, locations, modalities and probable causes.

2. Write an essay on yourself, your personality, nature, likes and dislikes, thermal preferences, cravings and aversions, fears and dreams, your ambition in life, your inner-most desires, your place in society etc.

3. What is your profession? Do you enjoy yourself at work? Is it a profession you have willingly chosen? If not, what would it be as per your choice?

4. What would you like to change in your personality, if at all?

5. Please pick out the adjectives which best describe your personality;

Nervous, Anxious, Shy, Worrying, Paranoid, Proud, Asocial, Guilty, Depressed, Hypochondriac, Untidy, Weepy, Emotional, Impractical, Confused, Suspicious, Jealous, Timid, Aggressive, Headstrong, Forgetful, Follower, Insecure, Immature, Impulsive, Rigid, Restless, Feminine.

1. Describe your main sufferings and other related or unrelated sufferings with exact sensations, locations, modalities and probable causes.

Ans. Other than a few red swelled acne, I have no sensation at all.

Location .. I have few warts on face, neck, back, stomach about 6-7 of them.
size - back of a pencil (circle)- elevated
Few new ones that are transprent post delivery
brown black in coulour

Moles - lots --25-30 on face itself, 7-10 on neck,
15-20 on rest of the body
flat brown-black in coulour

Acne -- When I was 15-16 my whole face was red due to picking of pus filled acnes, no medicines helped. It went on till I was 25. Then it was less in number but my face is hardly clear any day.

I have extremely oily skin but not many acne scars. Basically other than the moles and warts my face has lots of open pores.

Cause -- Acne due to harmonal imbalance(doctors say so)
Moles warts - excessive height growth in a very short span( initially they were hardly noticeable so ignored. By the time I noticed it was out of control.

2. Write an essay on yourself, your personality, nature, likes and dislikes, thermal preferences, cravings and aversions, fears and dreams, your ambition in life, your inner-most desires, your place in society etc.

Personality - Confident, assertive and agressive
Nature - non interfering, self occupied(TV, books, household work, like independent task rather than sharing), short-tempered (not unreasonable but unaccepting to unethical or immoral, impractical ideas), like to live life on my own terms

Thermal preferences - Like hot weather more than cold(born in a dersert area)

Cravings - spicy food, salad, curd
Aversions - group work, crowded places, discussion on others actions and way of living.

Fear - Only an accident that may leave me physically or mentally impaired.

Ambition- to be able to self sustain and grow at a slow but regular pace.

Desire - just one ..not to be questioned without proper logical reason.

Place in society - don't care so much about society but also not inerested in going against set social acceptance norms. Happy to work..happy to settle at home...unwilling to take both at same time.

Most people that I come across, see me as confident, outgoing, practical and well educated.

Capable of handling serious matters but day to day issuesfreak me.

All in all I am very moody, cry easily on small issues, hard working, focussed person who would hardly accept free advice. I like to experiment and find solution to my own problems.

3. What is your profession? Do you enjoy yourself at work? Is it a profession you have willingly chosen? If not, what would it be as per your choice?

Ans. Sales and Marketing person, well liked for my straight forward attitude but not so succussful because I find it hard to manipulate circumstances(Also do not like the target deadline/pressure) . Given a choice I would prefer to be a human resource person. I am a very good judge of people's nature still unable to mould myself.

4. What would you like to change in your personality, if at all?

I would like to mellow down, be calm and sweet more than matter of fact.
I have very rigid thought process, everything backed by reasoning(my very own). I would like to be flexible in accepting other 's thoughts too.

5. Please pick out the adjectives which best describe your personality;

Ans:
Impulsive
Headstrong,
Proud
Untidy,
Weepy,
Emotional,
Forgetful,
Lost

Nervous, Anxious, Shy, Worrying, Paranoid, Proud, Asocial, Guilty, Depressed, Hypochondriac, Untidy, Weepy, Emotional, Impractical, Confused, Suspicious, Jealous, Timid, Aggressive, Headstrong, Forgetful, Follower, Insecure, Immature, Impulsive, Rigid, Restless, Feminine.

6. Did you have any bereavement in life? If yes, how has it affected you?

No, but I am not attached to anyone other than my 3 months old son. I feel other than my friends no one understands me.

7. Do you often suffer from depression? If so, do you prefer company or solitude during those times?

I am very moody. I enjoy being with people too but more than that I have fun with myself. When I am depressed I like to be alone.

8. Do you get angry often? If not, do you feel the anger inside at least? What are the things / issues on which you get angry the most?

I feel angry almost all the time but I can't keep it inside me. Mostly, When people tell me to change my way of leaving for no good reason.(I make sure my prefernces do not get in anybody's way). I can not take undue pressure of other people's expectations.

9. Do you have any issues regarding your parenting by your guardians? How were their nature / behavior towards you during your childhood and adolescents? How has it affected your personality and thoughts?

Yes, I have just a go- go relationship with my father. He is too short tempred and so we hardly communicate. Thats been the case for as long as I remember.

I feel within me that although people do no notice it, I am trapped and constrained by my upbringing. I am not as good as most people because of lack of exposure during early years.

10. Would you say your sex drive is high, low or average? Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires?

Ans. - No complainson that front.

I would share my regime too...

1. I start my day with a glass of triphala water set overnight.

2. Another glass of water with quarter spoon of Apple Cider vinegar. Add a little bit of vinegar 2-3 times while drinking water during the day.

3.Clean my face with a salicylic acid based facewash. Use an astrigent and then apply cucumber juice lemon juice mix with cotton.

4. Use a daily homemade facepack of ground dals(chana, moong, urad) with lemon juice and tomato juice. On and off use a multani mitti, chandan and rosewater face pack too.

5. Taking 200c thuja 4 times a day these days.

6. Post lunch take one spoon khadirarisht and one spoon mahamajisthadharist with water.

7. Eat whatever comes my way.

8. I like spicy and oily food. Very fond of green chillies, onions, tomato etc. Since I find it hard to give up oily food, I try to have additional fruit salad to get nutrition.

9. Scrub and apply astringent once again in the evening or whenever I find my face too oily.

10. Drink about one and half litre of water.

11. Use a microdermasion home kit twice a week at night.

12. After dinner, again I take one spoon of khadirarisht and 1 spoon of mahamajisthadharist.

All these have helped me with my pimple problem quite a bit, not completely though.

I have a dandruff problem too.I am breastfeeding my 3 and half month boy so would request medicines that would not interfere with milk production. I consume ground fenugreek two spoons a day.

Well, thats all I can remember right now. Hope this helps too.

THUJA is generally the first prescription in such cases.

your homeopath has prescribed this remedy based on your physical symptoms. i dont know if this will work.

but let me tell you that you should not take THUJA 200C or 1M daily for 3 months..

this may cause serious aggravations.

as the pace of the disease is very slow, it has to be treated in a very gentle manner.

if you have already taken a few doses of 200c, please stop it and wait for 10 days to show its effect.

the best frequency for chronic warts would be 1M taken once a week for only a few weeks and then stop.

the remedy which i would have suggested you would be SEPIA.

if you do not get any benifit from THUJA, you can go for SEPIA 1M taken once in 10 or 15 days for some weeks. however, stop the remedy if you find that the changes have started in you.

Thanks Rishimba,

Yes, I have been prescribed Thuja 200C once a day daily for 3 months. I have been taking Indian Thuja for past 4 days. Today I have got German Thuja 200C.

It's just been 4 days and I haven't noticed any difference. I am going to start the new medicine tommorow as it has to be taken first thing in the morning on empty stomach.

As per the information I have got on this forum, I too feel the daily dose is pretty high.

There are couple of questions where I would really appreciate your help --
1. What is the form in which the medicine is prescribed generally?(pills/liquid). I have been asked to take 5-6 small pills everyday.

2. Are there any external application ointments/creams that would help me get results faster.

3. What kind of changes should I expect in the coming weeks. My homeopath has told me that with this potency I should expect sme changes in 2 months time.

4. Does homeopathy take that long to show effect?

5. I read on this forum somewhere that causticum works faster. will you be able to prescribe a dose that I can take along or without my thuja prescription.

6. Do I need to change my daily skin care regime? Is there something is my regime that antidotes the prescribed medicines.

7. How often do u think I should take thuja 200C ..once a week?

8. Should I expect any outbreak of pimples in the first few weeks?. For the past few days my healing time for pimples has really gone up. It takes almost a week for them to settle.

Well I have been with these problems for so long and nothing has worked. Now that I see a ray of hope, I losing my patience.

I really value your time spent on reading my post and replying.I hope you would answer my these queries too.

1. What is the form in which the medicine is prescribed generally?(pills/liquid). I have been asked to take 5-6 small pills everyday.

Homeopathic remedies are prescribed either in the pill form or in liquid dilution. If your homeopath has prescribed in pill form, its ok if you take 4 to 5 pills under the tongue as one dose.

2. Are there any external application ointments/creams that would help me get results faster.

Thuja-Q cream is also sometimes prescribed in addition to oral pills to take care of warts.

3. What kind of changes should I expect in the coming weeks. My homeopath has told me that with this potency I should expect sme changes in 2 months time.

warts will start drying up and gradually fall off..if thuja works on you.

4. Does homeopathy take that long to show effect?

its not homeopathy. its your body response which heals you. i told you that the onset of this ailment is slow and thus the cure will also be slow. it will take a long time to overcome these warts. what is more important is that you should first know which remedy is working on you.

5. I read on this forum somewhere that causticum works faster. will you be able to prescribe a dose that I can take along or without my thuja prescription.

yes, causticum is also prescribed sometimes as this remedy also covers warts on neck etc. you dont seem to have a causticum personality and thus this remedy probably will not work on you. causticum personality is highly empathetical, he is sensitive to other's sufferings and fights for their rights, has certain ideas and he fights for those for the service of the society. i dont think you are causticum !!

6. Do I need to change my daily skin care regime? Is there something is my regime that antidotes the prescribed medicines.

you should not use any aromatics in your day to day regime which can antidote the remedy. this includes camphor, mint, perfumes, coffee etc.

7. How often do u think I should take thuja 200C ..once a week?

200c taken once a week is ok if the reaction has started. to start the reaction you can take thuja 200c three doses one a day. after that once in a week would give a sustained dose. however, as soon as you notice any new symptoms in you, you must stop.

8. Should I expect any outbreak of pimples in the first few weeks?. For the past few days my healing time for pimples has really gone up. It takes almost a week for them to settle.

no, you will not have any aggravations if you take thuja once a week.

Well I have been with these problems for so long and nothing has worked. Now that I see a ray of hope, I losing my patience.

you are not thuja personality and thats why i am wary of the treatment you are taking from your homeopath. this problem is chronic and thus a constitutional treatment is required.

i suggest sepia based on your description about yourself.

i have not asked about your periods but note that the acne problem may also be related to the female hormonal changes during the periods, that is, progesteron to eostrogen.

your sufferings and pains, if any, during your periods would also give an idea of the remedy required.

I really value your time spent on reading my post and replying.I hope you would answer my these queries too.

i am impressed with your clarity of mind and organised way of writing. i generally dont come across such organised minds much in this forum.

but, a suggestion from me..

marketing and sales is not for you. hr is also not for you !!

try to take journalism or teaching..

best wishes.

Thanks Rishi MBA.

I think I have not expressed myself too well on my feelings for others. What I meant is that I do not notice anyone's problems on my own(rather insensitive for e.g. If someone had been working for too long and tired..I would not notice or feel it on my own). But once I notice it or I am told, I make sure the other person does take rest. Same is the matter in other situations..I just can't stand injustice happening with anyone...I would fight for them then n there. I have lost quite a few friends for this reason. They think I am too much of a right/wrong ethics person. I do not take liberties with what is obviously right and I tell it openly when others do that.

I treat others just the way I want myself to be treated.

I am very good at forming new friends but never make efforts to carry it on. I miss all the small things like brthdays, anniversaries or other important occasions(which I know help strenthen the relationship bonds). If any of my friends is in trouble I will go out of the way to help even if it involves confrontation at home. In my life, I believe freinship is the best relationship.

Whether in office or at home, I am always willing to address a issue if no one else is talking about it. Although my equation with people at home is not so good.

Most of the time I am too lost in myself to notice even ordinary things. My experience tells me woman are very observant but I am way apart. I do a lot of self analysis. I would say I am ignorant but not apathical.I would go out of way to help beggers, someone suffering on street, old people carrying heavy bags. I feel really bad for child workers, beggers, door to door sellers, workers etc. At the same time I hate people who beat, abuse, low on morals, don't care about others.

My non caring nature is more from ignorance than from unfeeling. I don't see it so I don't do anything about it.

At home, I feel confined, regulated, dominated and constrained. There are too many rules to follow. I come from a conservative family and have got into another educated but even more conservative. I have my own outlook to see the world and this is definitely not appreciated at home.

The same thing earns me accolades in office. Because of my own outlook, I am able to give varied and unique inputs on a matter.

There is so much I can say about myself. Hope this helps to define my remedy better.

As I have mentioned before, I am very moody but my moods do not last longer. One moment I may be crying and after 5 minutes I would be happily engaged in something else. I do not keep grudges against people..I would talk to them and make it clear. But I would avoid taking joint responsibility. I really believe in my capability but not good at sharing work with others.

I never question others opinion/life style and would not judge them on this. But If I see something I do not like and it happens very often, I would avoid such people.

I am very focussed and hard working but I set very few goals. Once I decide, I won't give up without achieving it. I will do all the effort required.

As such I have only one problem, I do not like to be told how to do things and to be questioned. I am very spontaneous and also very impulsive.

Most of problems on my life stem from being not submissive, non compromising, firm n rigid thoughts. Even if I know a compromise will help me achieve what I want but is not right, I can't convince myself to do it.

I like the idea of getting into Journalism but I hold an MBA degree in sales and markeing. I have 6 years experience in IT sales.

If possible give me few more career ideas in line with my qualification.

Also, I have put another post with a different questionnaire. That might help you understand my personality better.

I am not sure if it changes my remedy. I know, I am taking too much of your time but help me if u can.

Would you be able to share attributes of a SEPIA personality.

MSAS1007 last decade
this doesnt change your remedy.

i have seen the other thread as well and i feel at this stage sepia will help you in many ways.

sepia may not be able to totally cure your warts but all other ailments like tiredness, irritability, morning drowsiness, menstrual pains, acne etc. will be cured.

i dont have sepia write up now in my pc but i can give it to you later. write to me anytime.

rishimba last decade
I have looked up for information on SEPIA constitution and would agree with you that all my symptoms match with a SEPIA constitution.

Will sepia be able to rid me of my moles?
My face and neck is full of moles. I have just 2-3 warts so I can ignore them.

MSAS1007 last decade
its not easy to get rid of the already existing moles.

however, if sepia helps you constitutionally, the tendency of formation of new warts and moles may get reduced.

but, i really cant say if the existing ones will go off.

rishimba last decade
Thank you rishimba.

I am primarily looking for a solution of my moles/warts problem.

Is there no remedy in homeopathy for them? I have come across few post who have been able to get rid of them.

MSAS1007 last decade
you can get rid of the warts gradually if the remedy is working on you.

moles are difficult to get rid of.

you are already taking thuja. observe the warts in the next one month and then if it doesnt work, try sepia as i have suggested.

probably, you will get rid of the warts too.

rishimba last decade
Dear Rishimba,

Thanks for all the advise you have given me .You have been a God send angel to me...the changes have already begun...I just hope I can improve my inner health too(rather wholistic well being)

I wasn't able to decide how often to take the thuja 200 c, a struggle between my homeopath and your recommendation...both of you are experts and knowledgeable. So I took it for one week, everyday, early morning on empty stomach. Now I have given it time to work...But I see changes already. My warts have become bigger..more protruded as if they are coming out of skin..will fall soon(wisful thinking)...the colour of my moles has become brownish from black and they appear lighter or smaller.

There are few questions I have..hope you would take out time to answer them...

1. How much time should I wait before I take another dose

2. Do you think I have already taken more than desired...put a full stop to itfor future

3. could the overdose I might have taken result in
harmful reactions? (I feel itchy and have few break outs(pimple types) on my hands..its almost gone now that I nhave stopped taking thuja)

Also, I have gathered more information on SEPIA and the more I read the more convinced I am that ...'it's for me'...

4. When or how soon can I start SEPIA?..

5. Can it be taken alongside thuja...if yes what potency and frequency?

6. Will SEPIA help me with my skin problems too?

7. I have a thuja plant at home..recently noticed after looking up at thuja pics on web..is there some way I can make a external or internal usage of thuja

Eagerly waiting for your reply.

MSAS1007 last decade
1. How much time should I wait before I take another dose.

This depends on your body response. Now that the improvement has started, its not advisable to take any remedy or doses now. just let your body respond and heal itself. once you see that the cure has reached a plateau and would require another set of doses, you can start the next higher potency, that is 1M one or two doses.

2. Do you think I have already taken more than desired...put a full stop to it for future

no, its not like that. you have taken some doses and now the healing has started.

you will have to take another set of 1M doses when the improvement will slow down or stop. however, THUJA is a deep acting remedy and will act for a long time. ideally, you should not take any further doses for the next 1 month.

3. could the overdose I might have taken result in
harmful reactions? (I feel itchy and have few break outs(pimple types) on my hands..its almost gone now that I nhave stopped taking thuja)

yes, overdose causes aggravation of syptoms. you should not take more than what is required to start a reaction in your body. else you start proving the symptoms. best is to stop as soon as the changes are observed and wait till the cure has slowed down.

Also, I have gathered more information on SEPIA and the more I read the more convinced I am that ...'it's for me'...

4. When or how soon can I start SEPIA?..

dont take sepia now. let thuja do its job. dont get impatient. wait till thuja completes its effect.

once you see that thuja will act no more, you can take sepia.

5. Can it be taken alongside thuja...if yes what potency and frequency?

i will not advise you to take alongside. just wait.. have patience.. u r just 31 :)

you have a long way to go !!

6. Will SEPIA help me with my skin problems too?

yes, sepia is your constitutional remedy.. at least it seems to me..

it will benifit you in all areas. the skin problems are nothing but the manifestations of inner irregularities.

7. I have a thuja plant at home..recently noticed after looking up at thuja pics on web..is there some way I can make a external or internal usage of thuja.

Thuja-q which is crude thuja juice is sometimes recommened to be applied on the affected skin.it helps to dry up the warts.

you can also do it if you want.
