Feeling disconnected

Hello,i have been suffering with feeling disconnected anxious and depressed since april. it came on suddenly as if i went out of myself as if in shock. Then came massive anxiety and depression and i have been unable to work or function normally. I feel unconnected to my loved ones which is very distressing and i feel fear all the time and 'not myself'
Can someone help?

also i am having terrible insomnia. all of these issues - insomnia anxiety depression and feeling foggy and disconnected i never had in my life until April. all these are the opposite to my usual nature

thanks for your reply - no i have no suicidal tendency in fact the opposite - i want so much to be the connected loving happy person i was! i want to be engaged with life love and joy again and live a productive giving life
