18 month old early waking
my 18 month old has been waking between 4-5am every morning for the last 5-6 months. At first I thought it was just a phase or teething but it still continues to wake early regardless of nap schedule or time to bed the night before. he is irritable upon waking and does not always know what he wants. sometimes he wants to drink milk sometimes he pushes it away. he likes to sit in bed and watch tv, does not want to be held, insits on sitting by himself. it is very tiring for both of us. by 830 he is ready to sleep again and sleeps very well during the day.any remedies to help him sleep??
