intense irritation

I am a 21 years old girl. My problem is that I have intense irritation from sweating .Whenever I do any exertion or go outside excess sweating takes place in my body which makes me irritated .even a little bit of sweating makes me exasperated. Please help me to come out from this problem as i am unable to go outside. all the time I just remain at home

#21/F/India/extreme hot in summer and extreme cold in winter

2. Current complain - from how long:
# irritation from sweating for last one year

3. Current medicine you are taking:
nothing
4. Sign & Symptom of disease:
#pimple on face and on neck,extreme irritation with sweating.uncontrolled sweating

6. Family Back Ground:
#indian, father is diabetic,mother is patient of hypertension,anxiety and indigestion problem.

7. Education and Nature of Profession of Patient:
#BCA Student


8. Desires and aversion of food:
#like fried and spicy food
9. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry..etc.:
#short tempered,anxious,introvert,irritated easily

10. What makes it worse and what makes it better:
#it get aggravated on going outside, doing exersion,irrited with perspiration
