Acid Reflux

I am a 34 year old woman suffering from severe heartburn. I have been diagnosed with GERD and have been taking Protonix for the past 6 months. Although this has been helping me immensely, I have to keep taking this to get benefits. I am a firm believer in homeopathy and would like to try it. Please see below for my list of symptoms. Any suggestions for this would be greatly appreciated.

1) Heartburn worse after eating food.
2) Feeling of lump in throat sometimes.
3) Voice hoarse due to acidity and can hardly be heard sometimes.
4) Restless sleep with dreams, sometimes bad dreams.
5)Sensitive to cold, touch and criticism.
6)Fear of death and panic attacks at night.
7)Suffered from TB 4 years ago and fully recovered.
8) Have taken arg nit 30c, Gelsemium Sempervirens 30c in the past.
9) Have a low blood pressure of 110/80, although this has not caused any problems before.
10) Feeling of dizziness and pulsating feeling in head and body while lying down.
11) Headache on left side sometimes.
12) Pain on left side of shoulder and numbness sometimes. This could be due to falling down while playing once.
13) Most symptoms are on left side.
