moles on face-please help

i am 31 years old female.not married.i have a few black and brown coloured flat moles on my face.1 year back i was prescribed thuja 200c 1 dose daily for 6 months.after taking the medicine for 10 days the mole on my back fell off.now even i can't make out i had a mole there.i was advised to continue with thuja.but it has been nearly 10 months now and there has been no improvement or changes in moles on my face.now i have been prescribed thuja 200 c daily 1 dose and causticum 1m weekly 1 dose.will this help me.i have read the traits of causticum constitution and i believe i possess those traits.will causticum and thuja medicine help in treating my moles.please help as it is affecting my confidence level.
